Thankful

Yesterday was Thanksgiving.  We all went to my sister's house and ate a lot and watched the kids run from room to room. After managing a group photo, most of us didn't take any pictures of the rest of the day.

I have a lot to be thankful for.

A nice man who makes good pies.

A sharp little girl who is creative and goofy.

Nephews with wild imaginations. A niece who looks like she'll become a big reader.

Parents and siblings who make jokes and good food and know how to soothe an overstimulated child (or me).

In laws who like getting pictures of Evelyn having adventures.

The library near our apartment.

Yarn in general.

Jobs, health, fancy coffee, and thriving houseplants.

Just good, good things I'm thinking about while I laze around in this hotel bed listening to Cody and Evelyn sleep.

Happy holidays.

The brightest spot in the world.

Puns!
